What we collect. Only what is needed to sell and support the product: your email address, license and payment metadata (order id, plan, dates, country), and basic technical logs of our own services. That is the full list.
Card details go directly to the payment provider (Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record) and are never stored by Hrava. Games run locally on your Mac - we do not see your game library, your play sessions, your files, or your Steam credentials. We do not sell personal data and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
Paddle processes payments as an independent controller/processor under its own privacy policy. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles billing data (including tax receipts) on its side.
The site uses no advertising cookies. We use local storage for functional preferences only (for example, your sign-in session and dismissed notices).
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we honor those rights within the statutory deadlines. Deleting your account data ends your ability to re-download the app under that license.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and announce it on this page.
