Refund Policy

The short version: if Hrava is not for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. No interrogation, no forms to fight through.

How it works

• The window is 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
• Request a refund via the contact form from the email you bought with, or reply to your receipt email.
• We confirm and refund to the original payment method. Orders are refunded through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Banks typically post the money back within 5-10 business days.
• After the refund your license is deactivated.

Good to know

Hrava is a prepaid one-time purchase ($39) - there is no free tier, so this 14-day window is the intended way to try it on your own games. One refund per customer; we may decline repeated buy-refund cycles that look like abuse. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights in your country.
