Kernel-level anti-cheat - EAC, EA AntiCheat, Vanguard, BattlEye, nProtect - is a Windows kernel driver. macOS does not load Windows drivers, so no translation layer can get around it: not Hrava, not CrossOver, not Whisky, not a virtual machine. Sea of Thieves has no single-player mode to fall back on: the whole game is a persistent shared world, and Safer Seas is still a server session, so "offline play" is not a thing that exists here. Until Rare supports the Mac, the game stays unplayable here - the rest of our catalog is unaffected.
