Yes. Meta Quest 3 has its own browser, and that is all it takes: Hrava runs the game on your Mac and streams the picture to the headset over Wi-Fi. Nothing needs to be installed on Meta Quest 3.
Quest 3 is the most comfortable fit here: pancake lenses keep text sharp toward the edges, so game UI and subtitles stay readable without tilting your head. Meta Quest Browser supports WebCodecs, so a 1080p60 stream decodes in hardware and the headset stays cool. Touch Plus controllers are exposed as a gamepad, though most games feel better with an Xbox or DualSense pad.
